 Rules

Any black operated business website is welcome to join
You must display the unedited banner exchange code on your main page at all times
The code must be on your site before we add you to the rotation
Your banner needs to be size 468x60, in either jpg or .gif file format
Banners must be on a server that allows offsite linking (no freeservers)
Use a valid email address only
The more pages you post your page on, the more traffic you receive
No illegal or adult sites welcome

Once you have read the rules thoroughly and comply with them, submit your site and add the code to your site.  Your site will be approved and added in the next 1-3 days.
